Veges and the Grill: The Perfect Combo.

The Grill Brings Out the Best in Everything.  Vegetables Included.

Honestly.  If I could have a grill in my kitchen, I would.  It brings out the best flavors.  A favorite of mine is grilled veges.  There’s nothing simpler than grilled veges – peppers, asparagus, tomatoes, broccoli, onions. Quick, easy. Delish. The natural sweetness shines through. Throw them on top of a piece of fish and you’re set.

Simply toss the following Ingredients in good olive oil:

Veges – mostly any will do.

Olive Oil.

Grill.

If you include tomatoes, add toward the end.

With beer (or wine) in one hand, grill utensil on the other, toss occasionally, get some crisp going.  Finish with coarse salt. Enjoy.
