My Garlic Has the Blues….

When I make garlic bread (yes, with fresh garlic), I finish it off with a squeeze of lemon juice. Amazing flavor. Last night, I added the lemon juice prior to baking. A chemical reaction occurred between the lemon’s acid and garlic – the garlic turns blue during baking. Caught a little off guard, I did my research and it’s common. So, added a little color to our meal….
